Podcasting kits

In the University of Nottingham, podcasting kits (digital recording kits) comprising digital audio recorders are available to staff for recording lectures as well as for creating podcasts. Recordings can be made in either .mp3 or .wav formats and files easily downloaded to PCs for transcribing or publication on the VLE. Kits are available for collection from Teaching Room Support offices.
Requests for podcasting kits (digital audio recording kits) come under “Additional equipment” available on request. Requests are made with the equipment booking form (PDF) sent to the appropriate Teaching Room Support contact (one full day’s notice required).
